The fact is it doesn't matter
what you believe; what really matters is whether or not what you believe is
true!
Genesis 1:1 says; “In the beginning God
created the heavens and the earth.” God created everything so He sets the
rules. God alone is the only source of truth. God’s word is true. Our
conscience bears witness when our sinful deeds are exposed by God’s Holy Law –
the 10 Commandments. Have you neglected to put God first in your life?
Used God’s Holy name as a cuss word? Told any lies in your life?
Committed adultery or even looked with lust? Disrespected your parents? If so,
God sees you as an idolater, who blasphemes, lies, has fornicated and who has
disrespected your parents. That is called sin & deserves justice in Heaven’s
Court, just as a lawbreaker deserves punishment in an earthly court. The
difference is that God’s punishment is eternal - because God is eternal.
The Bible shows that all
lawbreakers will spend eternity in Hell (Revelation 21:8). So how can you avoid
the punishment you deserve?
Only through Jesus Christ, the Eternal Son of God,
who has always existed, can you find truth and forgiveness. John 14:6 Jesus
said “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but
through Me”. God's Son (Jesus) came from Heaven, was born of a virgin, and
lived a perfectly obedient sinless life among men. He surrendered His perfect life to die on a
cross, in payment for the punishment you rightly deserve before God. Jesus took God’s
full just punishment and wrath in place of sinners. He then defeated death and
sin by rising from the dead, proof that God accepted Christ’s work on the
cross. (This was witnessed by over 500 people.) Now Jesus can freely pardon
you, giving life to you, a sinner, if you will turn from your evil ways (repent),
cry out to God in brokenness, and believe that Christ took your sin when He
died on that cross. For those that believe in this one and only path to Heaven,
God grants eternal life.
John 3:36 says; He
who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will
not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” Christ Jesus, who is fully
God and fully man, will return to judge the world in righteousness. Please
don’t believe the lie that all paths lead to heaven. Repent and Believe the
Gospel, the truth that Jesus Christ is the only path, the only way and receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and your savior. You will
then receive Eternal life, for God is faithful to forgive those who trust in Him.
